We collect personal information that you provide directly to us, for example when you book a session, complete a form, or contact us. This may include your name, contact details, and any information you choose to share about your goals or questions. PIPA governs how organizations collect, use, and disclose personal information.

send confirmations and related updates
maintain administrative records
improve our services

We do not sell your personal information. We may provide access to trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website, booking systems, forms, email, or other technology. If we use providers located outside Canada, Alberta’s PIPA requires us to make available information about those providers’ policies and practices, including the countries where information may be stored or processed.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be disclosed to any outside parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
No mobile information will be disclosed to outside parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We take reasonable security measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or disposal.
We keep personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above, and to meet legal or accounting requirements. When no longer required, information is securely deleted or anonymized.
You have the right to request access to your personal information, and to request corrections if it is inaccurate or incomplete. To make a request, contact our Privacy Officer below. PIPA provides individuals with a right of access to their personal information held by private organizations.
If a privacy breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will follow Alberta guidance and may be required to report the breach to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta, which may also require us to notify you.
