This website provides information and booking options for coaching services offered by Patrick Callaghan Coaching. Coaching is educational and motivational. It is not medical care, counseling, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice, or other regulated professional advice.

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to use this site and to book services. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must book and attend on your behalf.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or other users. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide when booking or contacting us.
4. Booking and packages
Booking a session creates a request for a meeting time. We will confirm by email. If packages are offered, details for inclusions, timing, and pricing are shown on the relevant page or in your confirmation. Any cancellation or rescheduling terms are shown at booking or in your confirmation email.
5. No professional advice and results not guaranteed
Coaching supports your goals, and your results depend on your actions and choices. We do not guarantee outcomes. Nothing on this site or in any session is medical, mental health, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional where appropriate.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, is owned by us or our licensors. You may view content for your personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. User content and feedback
If you send us comments, testimonials, or suggestions, you give us a nonexclusive right to use them for our business, including marketing, without compensation, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Do not send content that violates law or the rights of others.
